The world needs more female innovators taking on its greatest challenges—including climate change, a growing wealth gap, healthcare, education, access to technology, and global security. Yet the trajectory of women in leadership stagnates. It’s not a supply problem. It’s an access problem: Too many visionary women leaders lack the essential access, connections, and support to achieve high levels of power and make sustainable impact. They are underpowered.
Our Fellows are visionaries, risk-takers, and innovators in the private sector who have overcome socioeconomic barriers and other obstacles and have exceptional potential to impact the world more profoundly. No age restriction. We believe in 2nd, 3rd, and even 4th acts.
